Serviced accommodation is the perfect combination of renting accommodation and staying in a hotel. You can have a ‘home away from home’ experience with the convenience and freedom of staying in quality furnished accommodation, whilst also having the comfort of a hotel, including a cleaning and fresh linen/towel service, free wireless broadband, and an emergency on-call service.

Our accommodation are each fitted with stylish and modern amenities. Each comes with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms, and a weekly cleaning/linen service included in the price. Our accommodation come with complimentary Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, iron and ironing board, washer/drying facilities and local information & welcome pack.

Some services and facilities differ between each property but generally include free Wi-Fi as standard, weekly housekeeping (including change of linen and towels and full clean), all utilities/bills, fully equipped modern kitchens, washing machine, fridge-freezer, television with SKY or Netflix, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and biscuits as well as shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

For stays of 7 nights or more a weekly cleaning service from our housekeeping team is included in the price along with a change of fresh linen and towels. If additional cleaning service or change of linen/towels is required it can be booked through our team (charge applies).

Access differs between properties, but details are always sent to you 8 hours before your check-in time. We generally operate keyless entries in our properties so you won’t need a key – just a code we will provide before you check-in.

All payments are required before you check-in. Further details on payments can be found on individual property websites and in our terms and conditions.

We thought you’d never ask… Yes! We specialise in long term corporate stays, with special rates available for longer bookings. Our range of services for long-term corporate clients ensures a home away from home experience, that isn’t possible in a hotel environment. Our standard check-in time is 4 PM on the day of arrival. On your departure day, check-out time is 10 AM. Subject to availability, early check-ins and late check-outs are sometimes possible, but extra charges may apply.
